What counts as an audit?
One audit is a single business checked across all five AI models — 25 prompts in total. Standard and Deep are separate audits, and each fresh run counts toward your quota. Re-opening a report you’ve already run is always free.
What’s the difference between a standard and a deep audit?
A standard audit measures what the models already know about you from training, with no web browsing. A deep audit has each model run a live web search first and captures the exact pages they cite. Free includes standard audits; Pro and Agency unlock deep audits.
What happens when I reach my audit limit?
You can still open and re-read all of your past reports anytime — you just can’t run new audits until your quota resets. Free resets on a rolling weekly basis (2 per week); Pro and Agency reset on the 1st of each month (20 and 100 audits). Unused audits don’t roll over.
What’s the difference between Pro and Agency?
Both fully unlock the report and deep audits — the difference is volume. Pro includes 20 deep audits per month; Agency includes 100, plus a multi-client workspace and priority support. Choose Agency if you’re running audits for multiple clients.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Manage or cancel your plan in one click from the Stripe billing portal. You keep your plan through the end of the current billing period, then move to Free automatically — no contracts and no cancellation fees.
Do I need a credit card to start?
No. The Free plan only needs an email sign-up, so you can run your first audits and see your PromptRank score before deciding whether to upgrade.
