This Privacy Policy explains what information PromptRank — operated by Golden Ace Holdings LLC, a Florida limited liability company ("we", "us") — collects, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using PromptRank you agree to this policy.

1. Information we collect

  • Account information, your email address and authentication details when you sign up.
  • Audit inputs, the business name, category, and (for local businesses) city you submit.
  • Audit results, the reports we generate, stored so you can revisit them.
  • Billing information, handled by our payment processor, Stripe. We do not store your full card details.
  • Usage data, basic technical data needed to operate and secure the Service.

2. How we use information

  • To provide audits and store your reports;
  • to manage your account, plan, and usage limits;
  • to send transactional emails (your report, password resets, account notices);
  • to maintain security and improve the Service.

3. Service providers

We share data only with providers that help us run the Service, under their respective terms: Supabase (database and authentication), Stripe (payments), Resend (transactional email), Vercel (hosting), and the AI providers used to run audits (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, xAI, DeepSeek). Audit inputs are sent to these AI providers to generate results.

4. Email

We send transactional email related to your audits and account. We do not sell your email address. You can stop using the Service at any time.

5. Data retention

We retain your account and report data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. You can request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us.

6. Security

We use reputable infrastructure providers and reasonable safeguards to protect your data. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Your choices

You may access or update your account information, and you may request deletion of your data, by emailing us. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the GDPR or CCPA.

We may update this policy from time to time; the "Last updated" date above reflects the latest version.
